Today, I officially declare and propose to the world the concept of the Universal API—an integrated, borderless standard for multilingual AI communication—and, for the first time, the Universal API Governance: a unified, legal, ethical, and educational framework for all nations, industries, and AI stakeholders. This is the next evolutionary step toward a fair, secure, and sustainable digital society for all.

The Universal API is a revolutionary platform, enabling seamless, real-time interaction between humans and AI systems across every language, platform, and device. It achieves what no current API has accomplished:
• Automatic recognition, transcription, and translation of any language—spoken or written, instantly and accurately.
• Real-time, natural-sounding voice synthesis in any target language.
• Context-aware adaptation for sentiment, culture, and accessibility.
• Unification of major AI services (OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft, Google, Baidu, Tencent, etc.) through a single endpoint—open to all, regardless of nation, economic status, or device.
